DOMESTIC SHIPPING
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt and confirmation of your order, please allow a period of 48 hours to process your order. For orders placed during a holiday or special promotion, please allow for a processing time of 3-4 business days. After your order has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 2-10 days. Estimated delivery times for shipment are applicable to addresses located in the 48 contiguous United States once orders have left our distribution center.
SHIPMENTS TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Shipments to military locations—APO and FPO addresses—must be delivered via United States Postal Service. UPS and priority/express delivery options are unavailable.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- Orders ship only on business days, which are Monday – Friday. Federal holidays within the United States are excluded.
- Orders placed after 12:00pm CST will be processed and shipped within 48-72 hours.
- Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Not all shipping methods are available for all items or shipping addresses as per U.S. Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders are receivable by shipment ONLY.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DELIVERY METHOD
Once processed, all packages with international destinations are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority International or Express Mail International. International fees apply. As with domestic shipments, you receive an email confirming your order and a second email confirming shipment which will also include your tracking number. Please allow 10-15 days for transit to all locations outside of the contiguous United States.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Upon shipment and once packages have been confirmed as delivered to the order address, Styleme Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To receive information on shipments presumed lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and make sure to have your tracking number readily available. Once the order has shipped and tracking are made available, we recommend tracking your shipment’s progress closely. We also recommend being available to receive your shipment directly on the estimated package arrival date or contacting the carrier to schedule a pick up at their holding facility.
