RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Sales are Final. If you have any concerns with your purchase, please email us at marcijoshop@gmail.com, as we will address each situation individually. If for any reason a refund or exchange is deemed appropriate, it will be in the form of a STORE  CREDIT ONLY(No Exceptions). Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving order to receive a store credit. After the 7th day the item is considered a final sale. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Sale items ( Items where a discount code was used) are FINAL. Please note: store credit is based on the return and does not include shipping charges unless the return was a result of Styleme Boutique's error. Please allow 5 -7 business days for your return to be processed. 

                                 Ineligible Items 
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. Once approved for a store credit and it has been issued, you have 120 days to use the credit. If 120 days has passed and you have not used your store credit, (Im sorry bestie) it is forfeited. 


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at marcijoshop@gmail.com. If for any reason the item to be exchanged is out of stock, we will exchange for equal or lesser value.


To exchange /return  your product, please email marcijo@gmail.com.

Including the following:

• Name
• Contact Information
• Date received 
• Reason for the exchange

Notification of exchange or considered store credit will be made within 2 days of receiving items.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store  credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, as shipping times may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
